China Glaze Electric Nights - the Glitters + How I Wore A Couple

Hi!
**purchased

I'm back, rested and recovered, from our latest trip to Chicago at the end of June/beginning of July.  The journey home took some extra time (we ended up with a complimentary hotel stay before we finally got home).  There was so much to see and do in Chicago that it's definitely on our list of places to return to.  I really behaved myself with any shopping - mostly because it's hard to fit much in the way of extra goodies when there's 2 adults sharing one checked bag and only one of us took a car-on.  I did go into a "flagship" Walgreens and OMG I could have done some damage, but I restrained myself.  There was also a bunch of Sephora's but I figured that most of what would have been in those stores would be available in the Ohio Sephora's.  I was also tempted to go into the free-standing MAC and Keihl's stores, but managed to keep walking.

Anyway, today I've got a chunk of a collection that had me searching multiple Sally's Beauty Supply stores to find all 3 polishes that I wanted.  That collection is the China Glaze Electric Nights.  Between 2 different locations, I finally had all 3 polishes that I wanted, and even for the sale price.  I had actually got one that looked nice, but wasn't really the one I wanted, just in case I found the one I really wanted and then I could exchange it to still be able to get the sale price (in April it was buy 2 get 1 free on China Glaze).  That plan totally worked!  I love how easy it is to exchange out polishes at Sally's!  Looking at my display picture, I might see if any of the creme polishes are still hanging around (the blues, or maybe the "baby beats" packs) and pick up some more...but it has been a while.
Point Me to the Party, Can I Get an Untz Untz, Let the Beat Drop
Swatches on the nail wheel:
Point Me to the Party, Let the Beat Drop, Can I Get an Untz Untz (2 coats on Can I...)

I've worn 2 of these glitters already so let's see what I came up with:
1 generous coat of China Glaze Let the Beat Drop (glitters in pinks and orange) over Wet 'n Wild Stream of Consciousness
top: 1 generous coat of China Glaze Point Me to the Party (multi-colored glitters) over Finger Paints Mistful Thinking with Nicole by OPI The Coral of the Story (pinky, dots on index, color block on thumb)
bottom: 1 generous coat of China Glaze Point Me to the Party over SinfulColors Snow On Me (pinkie and ring) and Salon Perfect Purple POP! (post upcoming hopefully soon on the Salon Perfect)

I did have some bubbling appear in Point Me to the Party when I had it over Snow Me White, but that could have been user error as I don't see it appearing on any of my other nails in either of the manicures utilizing that glitter.  I might have just played with wiggling glitters around too much, which wasn't really necessary.  No issues at all to report with Let the Beat Drop.

I have not used Can I Get an Untz Untz yet so I'm not sure how it will perform on the nails, BUT I did notice on my nail wheel that a lot of the glitters slid to the sides.  I hope that doesn't mean the base is too thin on the green glitter mix, but time will tell.  This is also the glitter that hasn't inspired me to come up with a good base color for it yet.  Any suggestions for a fun base color?

As for other neon glitters in my collection, I don't have many... I have Color Club, Funky Fingers, L.A. Colors and a single OPI.  I'll have to do a round up of "chunky" neon glitters.  I also have quite a few of the micro fine neon glitters from Salon Perfect and Icing - that might make for a post in itself.

Did you pick up any polishes from the China Glaze Electric Nights collection?  Do you know of other brands that have "neon glitters?"
