Wet 'n Wild All Access Beauty Matte Polish Collection - Swatches + Review

Hi!
**purchased

I snuck in the time to work on another post (yay!).  I've had these for quite a while - my display picture has a date of the beginning of September - but I'm still seeing both full and partial displays.  What collection am I talking about?  The Wet 'n Wild All Access Beauty Matte Collection that came out for the Fall season.  There's 2 versions of the display; the second also has a collection of matte lipsticks but I'm not letting myself buy any lipsticks since I don't really wear the lippies I do have already in my stash.  I came across the non-lipstick containing display the most.  I know I've seen them at Walgreens and KMart, but I don't remember seeing them at Rite Aid (and haven't been in CVS).
All lined up at home:
Rouge 66, Careful, It's Vine-tage, So Berry On Trend, Echo Dark, Distressed to Impress, LAC - My Mani?

Now for swatches on the wheel and my nails, as well as a little touch of nail "art".  I'm missing my notes (or I neglected to take them when swatching while distracted/multi-tasking) but I believe these are all 2 coats on both the wheel and my nails.
Rouge 66, Careful, It's Vine-tage, So Berry On Trend, Echo Dark, Distressed to Impress, LAC - My Mani?
top row: Rouge 66, Careful, It's Vine-tage, So Berry On Trend, Echo Dark
bottom: Distressed to Impress, LAC - My Mani?, So Berry on Trend over LAC - My Mani?, Distressed to Impress over Rouge 66

The colors photographed a bit off from real life, but at least you can see how easily and smoothly they applied.  The most color accurate picture is the bottle shot/line up.  I didn't use any base coat (at least I don't remember using one - I did my swatches quite a while ago), but I would recommend a ridge-filling base coat under at least LAC - My Mani? as it is showing ridges and imperfections.  They all dried fairly quickly with what I would classify as more of a satin or wax finish than a true matte finish.  These did have a pretty good wear time on me before chipping away - at least 3 days (that's excellent for me).

Have you spotted the All Access Beauty Matte collection?  Plan on picking any up?  Do you prefer matte or shiny finish?  Would you rather have regular creme polishes and add a matte topcoat when you wanted a different look?
