Super Sparkle Green Nails

Hi!
**purchased

I thought today I'd share a nail combo that I had on somewhat recently.  I put this on the night before we went zip-lining with a company called Tree Frog.  I wanted something "outdoorsy" so I went with green, and I really wanted sparkles - both for the prettiness to perk me up and to make sure that my nails were good and protected.

I started out with 2 coats of SinfulColors Olympia, no top coat.
SinfulColors Olympia is a limited edition slightly yellow-green creme polish (photographed darker/duller looking).  Lovely formula.  This was from the Spring 2012 Cast Away Collection.  This is supposedly a dupe of Essie Navigate Her.
Next I added a nice coat of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Crown Jewels and let that dry, no top coat.  I only put this on my ring fingers and thumbs.
Sally Hansen Crown Jewels is a gorgeous gold glitter with holo pieces mixed in to make it extra eye-catching.  Every time I see the bottle sitting by itself I think the gold is green - it's definitely not a true gold.  Dry time wasn't too bad - definitely better than the Xtreme Wear glitter formula that's been in the last few limited edition collections.  These are in the core line of CSM, but the lids are different from the non-glitters.
Then finally, for the ultimate sparkle, I added a very generous (almost 2 coats) coat of SinfulColors Call You Later.  I did finally add a quick dry top coat at this point.
SinfulColors Call You Later has a clear base with metallic green glitter and gold and gold holo micro glitters.  This was a nicely behaved glitter topper.  Despite having this for so long in my collection, I didn't really notice much, if any, glitter settling to the bottom of the bottle.  I believe that this is still in the core line.
I loved how blingy this mani was!  Even one of the zip-lining guides noticed.  This is a combo that would be perfect for St. Patrick's Day as well.

Do you like to layer different types/sizes of glitter polishes in your manis?
