Zoya Payton

**all items purchased by me

It's been a while since I've done a nail post so I thought today would be a good day to share one.  Especially with Zoya's promo currently going on from January 7 through 13.

So today I've got 2 coats of Zoya Payton over Orly Bonder.  I don't believe I used a topcoat with this; rather I just patiently waited for it to dry.
Zoya Payton came out in the recent holiday collection for 2013 - the Zenith collection.  Dream is it's partner in finish.  It was hard to get it to show up properly in my pictures compared to real life, although the next picture is a bit better.  Payton is a pretty dark berry-plum that has holographic particles.  It's similar in finish to some of the polishes in the 2012 holiday collection (Blaze, Storm and Aurora) and on Zoya's website, both Payton and Dream as well as Blaze, Storm and Aurora are all under the holographic finish category.
As usual with most Zoya polishes, it was super easy to apply with little to no clean-up needed.
I'm always paranoid that topcoat will dull holo sparkles so I tend to avoid using it unless I'm really in a rush or have added something else that needs to be sealed in.

What topcoat do you use when you use a polish with holographic goodness?  Did you pick up Payton?
