Macy's & Dillards Black Friday Haul!

**all items purchased by me

Ready to see part of what I bought on Black Friday (and Thanksgiving night)?   This haul is from Macy's and Dillards.  I'll have what I bought from other stores in a separate post.  I did include swatches of all the color products (except for one) so there's lots of pictures.

First up, Thanksgiving night I went to Macy's looking for some of the beauty gift sets.  I had wanted the Smashbox kit, but the local Macy's didn't get it in.  Instead I decided to try a little set from Clinique and Lancome.  Both sets were $25 each, and all products I've never tried...actually, I've never tried anything from these brands.  So perfect starters!
Clinique Whole Lotta Candy lip trio (I believe these are approximately half-sized)
Lancome Dramatic & Captivating Eyes set
~these did take a bit of building to show up...especially Voluptuous Violet~
 ~everything's trial sized~
Hypnose Drama mascara and Cils Booster XL; Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover
mini 5-pan eyeshadow palette (different angle for swatch pictures)
~these all swatched pretty well but you probably wouldn't be able to get an eye look just using this palette since all the shades are shimmer and the black has a bit of glitter

Dillards was closed Thanksgiving evening but opened at it's regular time on Black Friday so of course I had to go.  That store seems to be my newest addiction for this year.  Lucky for me, they had an extra 50% off of clearance, plus I ended up finding some other things.  I did purchase the Mister a new sweater vest, but that's not cute/interesting.
~I ended up paying just under $25 total, including tax, for these 2 pairs of Betsey Johnson earrings

From the Lancome counter:
~Hypnose Drama Mascara Set $28 and Beauty Collection in Classic $59.50 (with any Lancome purchase),
3 sample packs of Genifique serum and sample of Bienfait Multi-Vital moisturizer
deluxe sample Bi-Facil eye makeup remover
Hypnose Drama Mascara and Artliner (both full size)
~the Artliner was recommended as a non-irritating liquid liner (I have problems with most liquid liners stinging my eyelids for a minute or 2 after each application)
Beauty Collection Train Case and contents:
> full size Definicils High Definition Mascara; full size Le Crayon Khol EyeLiner
> 3 brushes, 2 full size lipsticks, sample of Genifique serum (approximately 1 week's worth)
> 3 full size eyeshadows, 1 full size blush, sample of La Base primer,
> 4.2 fl. oz. Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover
> there was also a mini look book and paper peel-back scent sample of La Vie Est Belle perfume
~left: slightly built up swatch of the full size Blush Subtil in Sheer Amourose (does have a light rose scent)
center: Sugared Maple (sheen) - 2 swipes and Pink to the Club (shimmer) - took some building
~right: unblended swatch of the full size Juicy Tube Lip Gloss in Shimmer (smells like a cupcake)
Kitten Heel (shimmer), Latte (matte), Madison Avenue (shimmer) - all 1, maybe 2, swipes
single line and widened swatch of  Black Coffee liner
~Kitten Heel is a pretty pink to golden-peach duo-chrome shimmer (LOVE!)

I did end up running back down to Macy's on Black Friday since I forgot to purchase another Clinique gift set that I had marked on my list of things to look for.
Lashes to the Extreme 3-piece kit, $15
~Clinique Take the Day Off Makeup Remover trial size, High Impact Extreme Volume Mascara,
Cream Shaper for Eyes in Black Diamond - I'd say it's more of a charcoal color, containing some shimmer

As you can see, if it was a kit I pretty much bought it.  I figured that now was the best time to try these new-to-me brands since there were so many door-busters and kits for decent prices.  And as you can see, I really don't need to purchase any eye-makeup remover for quite a while - 3 bottles of Lancome (2 sizes) and one from Clinique.  I've also got enough mascara I won't need to buy one for ages (unless my curiousity gets to me for a new drugstore one)

If you use Lancome or Clinique, what's your favorite product?  Did you find any good deals on Black Friday?
