Spotted, Hauled & Swatched - Wet 'n Wild Fantasy Makers Cosmetic Kits

**all items purchased by me

Last week, Rite Aid had the Wet 'n Wild Fanstasy Makers line on sale for 25% off so I decided I would get the 3 that I wanted the most (I left the one with the white/black shadows behind). I haven't decided if I want to get anything else or not.  This week (Sept. 29-Oct. 5), the Fantasy Makers line is 25% off at Walgreens.

Normally I start my Spotted, Hauled & Swatched posts off with a picture of the display, but I already dedicated a post to the entire collection, so you can click here if you want to see the entire line (that I had seen as of that date).

Haul picture of Fantasy Makers Cosmetic Kits:
Wicked Queen, Pixie Princess and Vampiress

#12541 Pixie Princess
coral-pink mini polish, orange & green shadow duo and pink-coral mini lipstick
eyelashes are very long with silver glitter coating
~the green shade swatched much better than the orange, which had to be built up some
~lipstick swatch is 2 swipes
~the lipstick looks like it may be similar to MegaLast lipstick in #904B Rose-Bud
~the nail polish looks like it may be Wild Shine #429D Dreamy Poppy

#12543 Wicked Queen
silver glitter topper mini polish, matte blue and shimmery silvery charcoal shadow duo and deep purple mini  lipstick
eyelashes are black with sequin embellishment on the band
~the blue shadow had to be built up several times since it did swatch patchy
~the silvery-charcoal did much better, probably because it's not matte
~the lipstick is 2 swipes
~the lipstick looks like it may be MegaLast lipstic in #919B Vamp It Up
~the nail polish looks like it may be #460D Kaleidoscope, but I don't have that one to compare it bottle to bottle

#12542 Vampiress
red with a touch of gold shimmer mini polish, raspberry-red and shimmery brown shadow duo and matte medium-deep red mini lipstick
eyelashes are long with red "tinsel" look to the outer lashes
~the raspberry-red shade definitely had to be built up quite a bit (4-5 times going over)
~the shimmery brown applied pretty easily (the shimmers look copper colored)
~lipstick is 2 swipes
~this lipstick probably is the same/similar to a red in the MegaLast line, but I don't have any red MegaLasts to compare it to
~the nail polish looks like it may be similar to (but not as deep as) Wild Shine # 412A Burgundy Frost...maybe #410A Mauve Frost (don't have)?

And since I realized that I didn't have one of the glitter Pumpkin polishes that's available yet, I went ahead and bought him as well:
~bottom right is in sunshine through the window lighting - look at those holo glitters go!
~clear base with a fairly equal-looking mix of matte black hex glitters and shiny holo hex glitters in a clear base

I'd say not bad for just over $15 (darn sales tax).  I do wish that the matte shades in each of the duos had swatched more like their companion shades.  But this way I'll be able to build up to the color I want which is probably a good thing for raspberry-red and orange.

Are you planning on getting any of the kits?  Maybe something else from the Fantasy Makers collection?  Do you dress up for Halloween?
