Review - Rite Aid Renewal 5 Blade Razor

Hi!

Time for a review!  It's been a while since I've found a product that I easily formed an opinion on to review.  This one is so quick, in fact, that it's also a bit of a mini haul!  I bought it yesterday, used it today, and have already made my decision on how I feel.
Rite Aid Renewal 5 Blade Razor for women
~3 pack for $7.99; bought on sale buy 1 get 1 free~
These Rite Aid Renewal razors are compared on the package to Venus Embrace.  Now I have a Venus Embrace (which I love) and was out looking for replacement cartridges (over $15 at Walmart).  I remembered seeing that Rite Aid brand shaving "implements" was on sale this week, so I figured I would check it out to see if maybe there was a store-brand refill cartridge that might fit the original Embrace.  Well, I lucked out on refills - completely out, but I did see these.  I knew that the last disposable razors I had bought, I hated, but I saw that these have 5 blades (as does the Venus Embrace) and that they are compared to them so I figured I would go for it.

Turns out, these are just like the Venus Embrace, which means I've found a new love!  And at a better price!  No need to push hard, no razor burn, irritation, nicks/cuts, etc like I had with the last disposable razor I reviewed.  The "moisture halo lube strip" really does feel like the Embrace which means I can get a nice, smooth shave up my legs as well as around all the little bumps around ankles and knees without any blood-loss.  No issues with irritation when I shaved my underarms, either.  I could purchase 2 of these packages at full price and still come out a little cheaper than the refill cartridge package at Walmart.

I highly recommend checking these out if you are in the market for a new razor.
