Looking for Gold - Accessories Haul!

**all items purchased by me

Today I've got an accessories haul to share.  Last month, I was trying to find a pair of gold earrings in my jewelry stash to wear with a necklace and I couldn't find hardly anything in the drawer.  Well, I decided I needed to fix that so last week I went to the mall to look for gold earrings that could work with the gold necklaces I have.  While I didn't find exact matches, I did find some that I liked and they are "neutral" enough that I can wear with any of the handful of gold necklaces I have.

My first stop was Forever 21.  I figured I would find a lot of choices there, but I only found one set that I liked enough to bring home.
Three pairs of plain shiny gold hoops in graduated sizes.

Then I went to Charlotte Russe since that's another inexpensive store to find accessories at.
I didn't find any earrings that I liked, but I did find this pretty necklace that has blue hearts, pearls and smaller blue pearls put together with gold.  And I found a polish that reminded me of  Deborah Lippmann's Mermaid's Dream so I got that as well - this no-name polish is unique to my collection.

And my final stop was Body Central, where their prices are really nice for accessories - just $3.90.  This is actually where I found the most things I liked, so next time I need an accessory fix, I'll definitely have to head here first.
3 pairs of hoops - 2 are gold with different textures from each other and the 3rd is a textured brown
3 pairs of beaded dangling cluster earrings in teal, ivory and coral

A necklace with gold chain and accents with brown and light blue beads in different shapes and sizes
Emerald green sparkley bow earrings - these are more of a dark silver metal (and marked down to $1.99)

I had given myself a budget of $20, figuring that I'd find what I needed at Forever 21.  But since I didn't find much there, I went to the next store and got a couple things...then went to Body Central and had definite success...and went over my budget.  At least I made it out of the mall spending less than $30.  This will most likely be the last accessories I purchase for quite a while, unless I decide I need something in a particular color and it would either cost more to make it or I can't figure out how to make it myself.

Have you gotten any accessories lately?  What's your favorite store to get jewelry at?
