**all items purchased by meToday I've got a Spring-y looking mani to show. This is also the polish that caused me to fall in love with Zoya's PixieDust polishes and go back and get the rest of the collection.
This is 3 coats of Zoya Vespa - no base coat or top coat. 3 coats is what is recommended on Zoya's website for all the PixieDust polishes so I followed directions/recommendations. I would say that with Vespa, 3 coats is needed as it is on the sheer-er side.
My only issue with Vespa was that by the next day, I had a chip on one of my nails already. Right now I don't remember if I hit it on something (or was opening a new can of food for Kitty) or what. So that was a little disappointing. And this definitely did not last through cleaning. But as I'm writing this, I've got a different PixieDust on and it is lasting much better (except for my thumb but I know what happened there that caused the chips).
I am definitely looking forward to the next release of the PixieDust line - 6 new (bright) colors are coming! I'm sure that as soon as I see them in the store, I'll be picking them up.
