OPI DS Classic Mani

I've got a nail post today!  It seems like I haven't done one for a while so I thought I would fix that today.  The featured polish is OPI DS Classic, a pretty neutral but still interesting color.  I saw this on a blog (I can't remember for the life of me which one though) and knew that if I was able to find it I was going to get it.  And I found it!  This is part of the designer series, which costs a bit more than the regular line, but it's worth it I think.

This is 2 coats of DS Classic over a ridge filling base coat.  In certain lighting, there's a bit of visible nail line, but it didn't bother me.  I did not use any top coat since the last time I put topcoat over a scattered holo polish, it dulled the effect quite a lot.  This lasted a couple days without topcoat and when the inevitable chips started to show, I just dabbed a little more polish on them.  Since it's such a light color, that worked pretty well to get another day or two of wear.
Funny lighting, but it shows a bit more of the holo effect

I found this pretty at North Coast Beauty Supply, which is a local business, in October.  I'm not sure where else this might be available, but you can always do a internet search.
