The Great Foundation Quest!

Hi!

I'm feeling a bit...off...today.  Apparently taking a nap in front of the computer leaves me feeling like I just took some cold medicine.  So I'm pretty unfocused right now on pretty much everything.  So what's keeping me tied to the computer tonight?  Browsing Sephora's website!  Right now I'm stuck on foundations since I'm not too thrilled with how my drugstore foundations hold up to my skin.  I do have to say that I used one today and it did hold up pretty well, but I was a bad girl and didn't put on any sunblock first.  For someone as pale as me and on prescription acne medications, that's a big no-no.  I do use oil free and/or oil control moisturizer underneath foundations (except for today), but I turn into an oil-slick within a few hours no matter which one I use.  Right now my skin type is full-on oily, not just combo like it used to be.
From left:  L'Oreal True Match in C1 Alabaster
Maybelline Dream Matte Mouse in Porcelain Ivory Light 1
Revlon Colorstay for Combination/Oily Skin in 100 Ivory

I not 100% happy with any of these.  The L'Oreal must have an oil-control primer and be set with oil-control powder.  The Maybelline covers nice, but it doesn't last as long as I want.  And, as far as I'm concerned, the ColorStay is a big fat lie - only lasts a few hours on me, transfers easily and definitely not full coverage - I'm not even sure I would call it medium coverage on me.  All my scars show through.  All three transfer easily.  The only good thing these 3 have in common is the color match.

So what foundations have caught my eye on Sephora's website?  These 2:
Immaculate Liquid Powder Foundation Mattifying Oil Free
Not sure what color I would be, but right now it's not in stock (and from reading comments, it's not in stock at the store either)

Tarte - Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Full Coverage Foundation SPF 15
Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 hour full coverage foundation
I believe I'd be Ivory since my skin tone is on the pinker side.

I do want to try both of these, as well as the Urban Decay Naked Foundation just for curiousity's sake.  I might even want to try that Kat Von D Lock-It Tattoo Foundation.  I'm just not sure if I really want a full coverage or a medium coverage.... I don't really want it to look unnatural, but I don't want to see my scars show through either.  I do know that a full-coverage foundation can be sheered out to look more natural, so there is that to consider....  All I know is that I want whichever foundation I purchase to actually hold up to my makeup-destroying oiliness and to resist transferring.  That's not too much to ask, is it???

Do you have any foundation recommendations that would fit the bill for me?  Since I'm looking at Sephora's options, I'm not too concerned about price since so far the drugstores have let me down.  PLEASE HELP!!
