Firefly Nails

Today I have the last of the limited edition shades from the Sinful Colors Girls in Pearls Sheer Shimmers collection (man, that's a long name).  The polish featured today is Sinful Colors Firefly.

It's been a while since I took these pictures (a month or 2) so I don't really remember how many coats of Firefly this is.  It's at least 2, but probably 3.  And I'm almost positive that I used a quick dry top coat of some type.

In the above picture you can see some of the shimmer coming out on my middle and ring fingers.
There is a little bit of visible nail line but that didn't bother me with this polish.
It also looks like my pinkie could have used another coat.

In the circle is some of the shimmer showing up.

Firefly is a pretty, light yellow lightly shimmery polish.  The yellow reminds me somewhat of a lemon rind.  Mix in a little yellow micro shimmer and you have this pretty.  This was either 2 or 3 coats and it looks like I could have used even one more coat since some of the nails look a little streaky in the pics.  Oops.  I don't recall seeing that in real life.

When I compared the bottle of Firefly to Revlon Top Speed Electric, they are actually pretty similar in color and both have a faint shimmer.  But looking at old swatches of Electric on the computer, Electric looks a lot more bright and I don't notice the shimmer coming out in it.

What's your favorite yellow polish?  If you would like me to do a follow up comparing Firefly to Electric, then please let me know and I'll get it up.
