Project "Finish This Stuff," part 9

This is the first post for my project "finish this stuff" for the year of 2012.  Late as usual, but it's here.  I think that I am off to a good start for the year already.  I decided that I will do updates on my project every couple of months.  It hopefully will keep me on (or close to being on) schedule for posting updates.

January finishes:
Vanilla Custard shower gel, Vaseline Healthy Hand & Nail Conditioning Lotion, and prescription acne gel.

The only thing I am still using is the prescription acne gel.

Hair brush (the protective tips on most of the bristles were missing so it was scratching my head) and Pantene Medium-Thick Detangler Silkening Spray.

I've gone through a couple of the detangler sprays, but am currently using the formula for hair prone to breaking.
Revlon Precision Lash Adhesive in clear and Almay Smart Shade Concealer.

The lash glue was actually already dried out when I bought it, but unfortunately I didn't figure that out until after the return period was over.  The concealer was ok, but I won't repurchase--I've found better.

February finishes:

Dove Damage Therapy Color Repair Shampoo and Tresemme Heat Tamer Spray.

I liked the shampoo and might repurchase at some point after I've finished up the others still sitting in the bathroom.  I've gone through at least 2 of the Tresemme sprays.  I liked it pretty well and might purchase again in the future, but am currently using others.

Bath & Body Works Anti-Bacterial hand soap in Cucumber Melon and Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash Redness Soothing Facial Cleanser.

The hand soap was, as usual, nice, but I always like to try different flavors.  The Neutrogena Acne Wash, unfortunately, did not work out for me.  It was supposed to help with redness but I felt that I was actually more red using it, as well as being overly dried out.  I used approximately 2/3 of the bottle and gave it to the Mister to finish off for me.  Will not repurchase that.

Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in translucent.

I did not like this powder, at all, from day 1.  Within 5 minutes of applying, I would be shiny/oily again.  Why is it that when you do not like a product, it takes forever to finish?  This is definitely NOT going to be repurchased.

The search for an awesome shine/oil control setting powder continues.  I am open to suggestions (preferably drug store).
