- 1 coat Pro FX Fiberized Ridge Filler base coat
- 2 coats Wet 'n Wild MegaLast polish in On A Trip
- 1 coat of Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Diamond Flash Flash Dry top coat
Purple (I really wish Forever 21 was more inspired with their polish names; I'm not sure but the barcode could be a way to identify the polishes better) consists of a clear base with silver holographic hex glitters with purple microglitters that almost have a silvery tint to their color. There is enough of the microglitter that it does alter the color of your base shade slightly or if you wanted, it could probably be built up to be opaque on its own. It dried fairly smoothly, but I did add topcoat to really smooth out the edges of the hex glitters from where some were manipulated for placement. The bottle shot is making it look darker than it really is.
On A Trip is available where ever Wet 'n Wild is sold, retailing for around $2.
Purple is available at Forever 21 and costs $2.80. (This polish might be the same although it does have a different code number.)
Do certain brands drive you crazy with their creativity (or lack of creativity) for names?
