Jewelry Heist Accent mani

Today, I have a fairly neutral look to share.  I think this would be a pretty mani in the fall, although I wore it during the winter.
  • 1 coat Pro FX Fiberized Ridge Filler base coat
  • 2 coats Hard Candy Mushroom
  • 1 coat of quick dry top coat
  • Spoiled in Jewelry Heist on ring fingers (enough coats to get as many sparkles as I wanted)
  • 1 coat of top coat
Apparently, I only took one good photo of this combination.

Hard Candy's Mushroom is a nice taupe-based brown cream polish.  Not much to say about it.

Spoiled's Jewelry Heist is a multi-colored glitter suspended in clear.  I can see coppery- gold and pink small hex glitter and tiny little square glitters that shift from blue to green, and there is also some micro-glitter that looks like it shifts color too.

The polish needed a little dabbing and coaxing to get a pretty even distribution (no brush problems for this bottle--but it is a little big for my little toes).  When I got it, I immediately knew I wanted to pair it with a brown shade, and since Mushroom is the only one I have, it was the chosen one.  I bet this would look interesting layered on other colors too.  I'm thinking (besides the standard glitter underlayer of black) purple...maybe a pink...or a nude....

Hard Candy polishes are available only at Walmart for around $4.

Spoiled polishes (by Wet 'n Wild) are available only at CVS for $1.99, but occasionally go on sale.
