Sally Hansen White Veil Jewel Overcoat

This is the first polish from the "Jewel Overcoat" Diamond Strength limited edition collection.

I thought that I should put this recent mani up next since the "White Veil" is a limited edition polish that has been out for a little while already.  In the display it is paired with a nude color (if I remember correctly).  At the end of the post is a mini review.

This is one thick-ish coat of Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Jewel Overcoat in White Veil over Wet 'n Wild Ebony Hates Chris:

White Veil over my natural nail (this was very quickly/messily done)

White Veil consists of a clear base with small silver glitters with gold hex glitters.  The silver glitters were not super sparkly/reflective--more just a background for the reflective gold ones.

For the most part it went on easy...I just had to wiggle the gold ones around a little bit.  It dried pretty quickly as well, but not completely smooth.  I did not put any top coat on as I was just playing around with it so I'm not sure how much top coat it would require to be smooth or if after time it gets bumpy again like other glitter polishes do.  I also feel like it has a stronger polish odor than other brands.

I purchased this at Walgreens for around $5 and I have since seen it at Rite Aid.
